摘要
对40m预应力T梁施工工艺流程进行阐述,并对高速公路施工工期较紧、质量要求较高的T梁预制工艺过程控制进行总结。其中:预制台座两侧的优化设计是T梁底部止浆的新型处理方式;T梁腹板、侧模板的支拆及“马蹄”部分混凝土振捣密实是T梁预制的施工控制难点;冬季低温条件下如何采取有效的保温措施是保证梁体整体质量、加快模板周转、提高工效的关键所在。
This paper elaborates the technological process of 40 m prestressed T-beam precasting process of T-beam of high quality demands and under tight schedule. The optimum of precast pedestal is the new treatment method for stopping grouting for the T-beam botto dismantling of T-beam web and side form and vibrating and compacting of horseshoe concrete and summarizes the design of both sides m; the erection and is the difficult point of construction control of T-beam precasting; the effective insulation measure under low temperature in winter is the key to ensure the integral quality of beam body, accelerate the turnover of templates and improve the efficiency.
