摘要 壳聚糖作为一种新型的绿色水产饲料添加剂,经大量的研究证实,其具有调节pH值,改善动物体内环境,提高消化机能;提升机体免疫力,促进动物生长,降低饲料系数;清除体内有害物质;调节脂肪代谢等多种功能,有“第六生命要素”之称。该文总结了壳聚糖在罗非鱼营养生理学领域的研究现状,提出了现存的一些问题和解决的对策,以期为壳聚糖在罗非鱼营养生理学领域进一步研究工作的开展起到抛砖引玉的作用。 Chitosan, an amin -opolysaccharide, is prepared from shellfish chitin by treatment with alkali. Now it is applied as a kind of enviromnental protection aquaculture feed additives, many research approved the chitosan has a lot of functions such as regulating the value of pH; reforming the inner entironment of animals;improving nutrient absorption and digestibility; advancing body immunity; promoting the growth; depressing the feed coefficient; cleaning up the harmful matters in the body; interfering with fat digestion and absorption, and so on, so some European scholars name it "The sixth life element". This paper reviews the current studies of chitosan in the nutrition effect aspect on Tilapia, then put forward some problems and the corresponded countermeasures.
