摘要
本文结合自己的研究实践,介绍了生物发酵法制备大豆多肽的创新理论、大豆多肽的营养特性及其作用机制以及其在饲料中的应用前景。
A new theory of soybean peptide preparation with microbial fermentation and its application in feed industry were introduced. The nutrition characteristic, the function and the prospect of soybean peptide as feed additive were also introduced.
