摘要 研究了不同酵母细胞处理方法对酶法合成谷氨酰胺能量偶联体系的影响。结果表明,采用气流干燥法处理酵母细胞,体系中葡萄糖消耗量达100%,谷氨酰胺合成率接近90%。 The effect of different cell permeability on Glutamine production by the enzyme method coupling with fermentation of yeast was studied. The results indicated that when yeast cells were treated with airflow dry, the glucose was exhausted to 100% and the conversion rate of Gin was about 90%.
