植酸酶是酶制剂在畜牧业生产中应用最成功的饲料酶制剂之一。文章重点简述了植酸酶的分类、营养作用、应用效益及推广应用要注意解决的问题等知识，以引导人们正确认识并加速推广应用。
Phytase is one kind of the most successful enzyme that applied in animal production. The nutritional function, advanced applications and influencing factor of phytase used in animal production is summarized in this paper. It can make people understand and application of phytase in animal production in fight way.
