Evaluation of the Uncertainty in Measurement of DL -Methionine

目的：介绍DL-蛋氨酸含量测定结果的不确定度评定方法，为建立有效的质量控制方法提供科学依据。方法：确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量，最后整体合成。结果：碘量法直接测定DL-蛋氨酸含量的不确定度为0．52％。结论：本方法评定过程合理，步骤清晰，不重复和遗漏。

Objective ： To introduce a method for evaluation of the uncertainty of DL - methio- nine content by using 12 quantity titration and provide scientific basis for setting up of effective quality control. Methods： The factors affecting the testing results were determined and the results were integrated. Results ： The uncertainty of the result of methionine tested by 12 quantity titration is 0.52%. Conclusion ： The method for determining methionine is clear and adequate and without repeated procedure and omission.
