Fuzzy Appraisal of Development Potentiality in High New Technology Enterprises Based on Competitiveness

发展潜力是甄别、评价高新技术企业的核心指标。基于对高新技术企业面临的竞争力的分析，运用了竞争战略理论，从技术创新能力、人力资源价值、管理能力、融资能力四方面构建了高新技术企业发展潜力的评价指标体系，应用模糊数学与信息论中熵的计算方法，建立了高新技术企业发展潜力多因素模糊综合评价模型。

Development potentiality is the key index of screening and appraising the high new technolo- gy enterprises. By adopting the competitiveness theory, and based on the analysis of the competitiveness the high new technology enterprises have faced, the appraisal index system for the development potentiality in high new technology enterprises was set up, from the following four respects such as technological innovation, manpower resources value, managerial ability, financing capability. Using fuzzy mathematics and information theory computing technology of entropy, a fuzzy appraising model with multifactor of development potentiality in high new technology enterprises was built.
