高等职业院校内部的教学督导是高等职业院校教学质量保障体系的一个重要环节。要充分发挥教学督导的作用，就必须在对教学督导科学定位的基础上，成立教学督导机构，加强制度建设和队伍建设，将教学督导与高等职业院校人才培养工作评估有机结合，开创教学督导工作新途径，建立较为科学合理、公平高效的院系两级管理的教学督导体系，确保教学质量的不断提高与持续改进。

In order to bring its role into a full play, it is essential to establish the teaching supervision institutions, to strength its system and team construction, combine the teaching supervision with personnel training, to strike out new ways of teaching supervision, and to set up a more scientific, rational, fair and efficient supervision system, so as to ensure the steady improvement of teaching quality.
