摘要
本文对番茄红素的理化特性、制备方法、生物学功能进行了简单阐述,对番茄红素作为饲料添加剂应用的可行性进行了探讨,以期番茄红素能作为天然、绿色的饲料添加剂得到应用。
We simply described the physical and chemical properties, making method, bio- logical function and discussed the application feasibility for lycopene as feed additive in this text. And we wished that lycopene could be used as natural and green feed additive.
