Study on Extraction of 10 -HDA from Royal Jelly

本文探讨了从蜂王浆中提取10-HDA的工艺流程。采用了二次有机溶剂萃取，两次调pH值的方法。实验表明，蜂王浆中10-HDA的最佳提取条件为：将蜂王浆水溶液pH调至10加入50mL乙醚提取其中溶于乙醚的杂质，再调pH至2加入50mL乙醚将10-HDA萃取出来。在实验过程中用高效液相色谱（HPLC）对10-HDA进行定性分析。

In this paper we discussed the technical flow of extraction of 10 - HDA from royal jelly. We used two times organic solvents extraction and two times adjusting the pH value method. Experiments showed that the best conditions for the extraction of 10 - HDA from the Royal Jelly was first adjusted the pH of the solution to 10, then adding 50mL aether to pick - out the impurity which can dissolve in aether, and then adjusted the pH to 2 and now adding 50mL aether extraction 10 -HDA from the solution. In the extract process HPLC was used for qualitative analysis of 10 -HDA.
