摘要
复合酶制剂在现代畜牧业生产中的应用非常广泛。本文综述了饲料中的抗营养因子、复合酶制剂的作用机制以及影响复合酶作用效果的因素，旨在为畜牧业生产提供理论依据。
Compound enzyme was used widely in animal production. The anti -nutritional factors in feed, the function of compound enzyme, and the factors of affecting the compound enzyme activity were reviewed in this article. It could be useful to all the farmer in theory.
