甜菜碱的渗透调节功能及其在养殖业上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着蛋氨酸价格的不断上升,蛋氨酸替代物的研究工作也取得了一定进展,现已有许多证据证明甜菜碱可以代替日粮中的部分蛋氨酸,而不影响畜禽的生长性能。甜菜碱归结起来有两大功能:一是作为高效的甲基供体,代替蛋氨酸和胆碱;二是作为有效的渗透调节因子,对处于不利环境中的动物起到保护作用。因此甜菜碱在畜牧业上的应用越来越重要,很多文章已探讨了甜菜碱作为甲基供体的作用对蛋氨酸的替代效应,而对其渗透调节功能的叙述并不多见,本文主要就其渗透保护性做一综述。
