不同剂型香味剂产品的比较及对小猪生长性能的影响

比较了不同香味剂的香味持续时间、香气强度，并研究了各香味剂对小猪生长性能的影响。结果表明：与对照组相比，各处理组香味剂的香品值均优于对照组的香品值，其中以处理三组的香品值最高；在香味持续时间上，处理一、二组固体香味剂随饲料贮存时间的延长，香品值下降较明显，而处理三组的液体香味剂在30天后仍保持较高的香品值；在对小猪生长性能的影响上，平均日增重处理组比对照组分别提高3．77％、9．43％、10．3％，其中处理二。三组较对照组差异显著（P〈0．05）；平均日采食量处理组比对照组分别提高1．66％、2％、5．8％，其中处理二、三组与对照组相比差异显著（P〈0．05）；料肉比处理组比对照组分别降低2．2％、4．8％、4．8％，其中处理二、三组较对照组差异显著（P〈0．05）。
