The Biological Function of Astaxanthin and its Application Values

摘要 虾青素是一种类胡萝卜紊，具有抗氧化、增强免疫等多种生物学功能。本文综述了虾青素的各种生物学功能及其应用价值。 Astaxanthin is a kind of carotenoid with great biological function, such as anti - oxidant, approving immunity and so on. In this paper, the biological function of astaxanthin and its application values are reviewed.
