微生物植酸酶在家禽饲料中的应用研究进展

摘要 大量试验表明,植酸酶可以通过催化、水解饲料原料中富含的植酸及其络合物,将其分解为能被家禽利用的无机磷和肌醇,在家禽日粮中得到了广泛的应用。本文对植酸酶的来源、在家禽上的应用效果及其在日粮中影响其作用效果的因素进行了综述。
