添加含α-半乳糖苷酶的玉米-豆粕型饲料对仔猪生产性能的影响

摘要 试验研究了玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加α-半乳糖苷酶对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。选择180头平均体重为18kg左右的健康断奶仔猪,按随机区组设计分成3个处理组,每处理3个重复,饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮。其中加酶对照组在基础日粮中添加0.1%含植酸酶复合酶制剂,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.15%含250U/g的α-半乳糖苷酶复合酶,进行了为期28天的试验。结果表明,玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加α-半乳糖苷酶复合酶的试验组,在28天试期中可比对照组日增重提高13.68%-24.67%,料重比降低7.89%,每kg增重饲料成本降低0.40元,经济效益提高7.98%。各项生产性能均略优于添加植酸酶复合酶的加酶对照组。说明在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加α-半乳糖苷酶可显著提高断奶仔猪的生产性能。 An experiment was designed to study the effect of α - galactosidase on the productive performances in piglets. A total of 180 piglets with average body weight 18 kg were divided randomly into 3 groups with3 replicates per treatment. The basal diet was maize - soybean meal which was fed to the first group as the control. The second group was fed with basal diets adding 0.1% phytase. The third group was fed with basal diets adding 0.15% 250U/g α -galactosidase. The results of 28 - days experiment showed that the addition of α - galaetosidase increased aver- age daily gain by 13.68%-24.67% and reduced the feed conversion by 7.89 % of trail groups, which made the feed cost reduce 0.40 yuan/kg and increase the economy benefit 7.98%. It is concluded that addition of-α- galaetosidase to cereal -soybean meal diets in piglets have effects on growth performance.
