猪源抗菌肽的研究进展
摘要
随着抗生素的广泛应用和耐药性菌株的不断出现,细菌性疾病的预防和治疗再次成为一大难题。目前,临床上应用的大部分抗菌药物的毒副作用很大、容易产生耐药性且价格很高。因此,寻求和研制高效、安全、抗菌谱广、不易产生耐药性、普遍实用的新型抗菌药物成为当今一项新的课题。近年来,具备新型抗菌药物潜在优点的抗菌肽不断被发现,引起研究者的重视,
