紫月优生素在仔猪生产中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验选用28日龄断奶仔猪120头,进行为期30天的饲养试验,于试验期末采集试猪血液进行生化指标和免疫指标测定。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在每吨基础日粮中添加紫月优生素200克。试验结果表明,试验组仔猪平均日增重提高7.94%(P〈0.05),料肉比下降5.29%(P〈0.05);试验组仔猪血液中生长激素、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子I、四碘甲腺原氨酸和睾酮的含量分别比对照组提高18.92%(P〈0.05)、30.85%(P〈0.05)、28.16%(P〈0.05)、26.33%(P〈0.05)和33.33%(P〈0.05);试验组仔猪的淋巴细胞刺激指数分别比对照组提高20.00%(P〈0.05)和20.35%(P〈0.05),红细胞C3b受体花环率提高29.10%(P〈0.05)。日粮中添加紫月优生素可有效提高猪只的生长性能和免疫功能。 One hundred and twenty piglets were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was fed on the basic ration, while the experiment group were fed on basic ration per ton added with 200 grams Ziyue Growth Optimizing Agent (ZGOA). The results showed that: the average daily gain of the experiment group increased by 7.94% and the feed/ gain decreased by 5.29% than the control group. Compared with the control,the content of GH, PGI,IGF- I ,T4 and Ts in blood serum of experiment group increased by 18.92% (P 〈0.05), 30.85% ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,28.16% ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,26.33% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 33.33% ( P 〈 0.05 ) respectively. The lymphocyte stimulation index of experiment group increased by 20.00% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and 20.35% (P 〈0.05 )than the control respectively and RBC -C3b- R rosette formation rate increased by 29.10% ( P 〈 0.05 ). All the results showed that the ZGOA could improve the performance and immunity of the piglets.
