摘要
色氨酸是动物的必需氨基酸，自理想蛋白质模型的提出，色氨酸作为动物必需氨基酸就成了研究的热点。本文就色氨酸的营养生理作用及色氨酸在猪低蛋白日粮中的应用情况进行简要综述。
Tryptophan is one of the essential amino acids of animals. Since the ideal protein model was put forwarded, and tryptophan was become the important point in protein research. The objective of this paper is to summarize the nutritive mechanism of tryptophan and discuss the situation that it applied in swine low -protein diet.
