摘要
本文通过目前我国法庭科学领域对现场血痕、精斑、唾液斑、毛发等法医生物物证检材的检验鉴定方法，分析法医血清学检测的现状和在检验鉴定试剂研发、新技术采用上的进步和发展，探讨目前法医血清学常规检测方法的优势和不足，并借鉴美国联邦调查局鉴定实验室血清学检验鉴定的机构设置及相关技术，对今后我国法医血清学发展的方向给出建设性意见。
This article describes the traditional methods and products being used to identify traces recovered at crime scenes including blood, semen, saliva, vaginal fluid and other body fluids, analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the traditional methods of the identification of stains, and also focuses on new techniques and kits developed in the last several years and traditional serological techniques used by FBI. In addition, the potential of new techniques and new products is evaluated.
