欧美鞋印鉴定可采性及鉴定结论等级研究的进展

Shoeprint expert testimony admissibility study in USA and footprint identification conclusion scale study in ENFSI

本文阐述了目前美国和欧洲在鞋印鉴定方面所做的两项研究：第一，美国鞋印鉴定专家在daubert标准背景下对鞋印鉴定是否具有可采性进行了研究，并得出了鞋印鉴定技术完全符合daubert标准的结论；第二，欧洲ENFSI（欧洲法庭科学研究所）痕迹结论等级委员会对鞋印鉴定结论等级进行了详细的研究，并制定了6级结论等级。

The research on Shoeprint Expert Testimony Satisfy Daubert Reliability Factors conducted by American shoeprint experts and the research on conclusion scale for shoeprint identification conducted by Conclusion Scaie Committee （CSC） of the ENFSI Expert Working Group Marks （EWG Marks） were introduced in this paper.
