酵母胞壁多糖产虫菌的带选

Screening of Cell Wall Polysaccharide -producing Yeast

以产酯酵母Ⅱ，产酯酵母Ⅷ，产朊假丝酵母，热带假丝酵母，啤酒酵母，面包酵母，产油脂酵母为材料，通过反复冻融和超声破壁，提取胞壁多糖。结果显示这七种酵母菌破壁后，以产朊假丝酵母的多糖含量和生物量最高。
