摘要
目的探讨护理干预对尿结石的认知和预防性治疗行为的影响。方法选取2008年7月至2009年7月来碎石科的尿结石患者246例,随机分为观察组(120例),对照组(126例)。对照组仅进行一般的预防性宣教;观察组实施为期3个月的护理干预,包括尿结石相关知识的讲解,预防性治疗的方法辅导,第1、2、3月末的复查以及电话随访等。结果干预后观察组尿结石相关知识水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),预防性治疗行为显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对尿结石患者实施恰当的护理干预,能有效提高患者的尿结石相关知识水平和参与预防性治疗的积极性,对开展尿结石的预防工作具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on raising knowledge level and behavior of preventive treatment (BPT) in patients with urolithiasis. Methods A total of 246 patients with urolithiasis from lithotrity department during July ,2008 to July, 2009 were randomly allocated into observation group ( n = 120 ) and control group ( n = 126 ). In patients of observation group, a three - month nursing intervention was implemented, including the explanation of knowledge about urolithiasis, guidance of method for preventive treatment, reexamina- tion and telephone fallow - up at the end of 1 st, 2nd and 3rd month, while those in control group only received conventional education for prevention. Results Both scores of knowledge about urolithiasis and behavior of preventive treatment in patients of observation group were significantly increased in comparison with those of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients'knowledge about urolithiasis and increase their ability in performing BPT. These findings are valuble for raising the knowledge about urolithiasis in these patients, and the work for preventive treatment of urolithiasis should continuously be developed in order to reach the goal of prevention on urolithiasis.
