食管癌生存十年以上病例随访结果分析

目的探讨食管癌患者治疗后长期生存的影响因素。方法对1974年2月至1997年12月经手术和放射治疗后生存十年以上的138例临床资料和随访结果进行分析。结果15、20、25年总生存率分别为586％（68／116）、33．3％（25／75）、17．9％（10／56）；复发转移38例，占死亡病例的494％；结论长期生存病例的主要死亡原因是复发和转移，复发转移的比例有所下降；其次是心脑血管疾病。
