蒙药瑞香狼毒奶制品正交炮制品最佳炮制工艺的筛选

摘要 目的通过观察瑞香狼毒正交炮制品对小鼠镇痛及大鼠抗炎试验,对所得数据进行正交分析进而筛选出抗炎镇痛效果最好的一种炮制工艺。方法根据瑞香狼毒抗炎作用,对瑞香狼毒奶制品用新鲜蛋清所致足趾肿胀试验观察瑞香狼毒奶制品9种工艺的抗炎作用,并选出对其抗炎作用影响的主要炮制因素最佳炮制工艺。根据其镇痛作用,应用冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体实验观察其镇痛作用,并选出对镇痛作用影响的主要炮制因素及最佳炮制工艺。结果抗炎效果最佳工艺A2B1c1;镇痛效果最佳工艺:A1B1c22。抗炎功效其牛奶倍量是影响抗炎作用的主要因素(P〈0.1),其余因素并无显著性差异;镇痛功效其炮制因素并无明显影响。 Objective To observe the Stellera chamaejasme orthogonal processed products in mice and rat anti-inflammatory analgesic test, orthogonal analysis of data on income and then filter out the best kind of anti-inflammatory analgesic effect of processing technology. Method According to Stellera chamaejasme anti-inflammatory effect on the dairy products made with fresh egg white Stellera chamaejasmc toe caused by swelling of the trial observation process Stellera chamaejasme nine kinds of dairy products, anti-inflammatory effect, and elected to its anti-inflammatory effects mainly affect the cooked factors, the best processing technology. According to their analgesic effect, the application acetic acid induced writhing test to observe its analgesic effect, and elected on the analgesic effect of the factors affecting the major cooked and the best processing technology. The results of anti-inflammatory effect of optimum A2B1C1, analgesic effect optimum A1B1C2. For the anti-inflammatory effect of milk times the amount of its anti-inflammatory effects that affect the main factors (P 〈0.1), the other factors, there was no significant difference. For the analgesic effect of factors there is no significant effect on its concocted.
