“减负增效”背景下数学学困生转化中的情感动力 被引量:1

摘要 长期以来,学困生的转化工作一直是中学数学教学中的重点和难点。学困生的形成过程包括学校、家庭、社会、自身等多种因素,在如今素质教育"减负增效"的大背景下,采取心理疏导、情感疏通的方法来打开学困生的心结、激发其学习热情,效果较佳。我们可从情感上关爱、过程中重视、实践中激励等几个方面具体实践。
