双轮铣槽机在地下连续墙施工的应用

在深圳地铁2号线东延段土建2226标段东门站地下连续墙施工中,由于局部地层属于微风化凝灰质砂岩,岩石单轴抗压强度高,最高达146MPa,选定采用德国生产的BC30双轮铣槽机直接铣槽施工,事实证明其比传统的"两钻一抓"成槽工艺速度更快,质量更好,满足了施工进度和质量要求。

BC30 double wheel groove milling machine made in Germany was used in the construction of the diaphragm wall of the Gongmen Station on Shenzhen Subway Line 2 due to high uniaxial compressive strength of weak weathering tuffaceous sandstone within stratum with a maximum of 146MPa,which is proved faster and better than the traditional ＂two-drill one-clamshell＂ method to meet requirements of construction progress and quality.
