用户主导型数字图书馆信息服务模式探究

文章在用户主导型数字图书馆信息服务的基础上,提出了具体的四种服务模式,分别是复合型分布式分层次的服务模式、集成信息服务模式、个性化信息服务模式、数字图书馆知识服务模式,并提出构建用户主导型数字图书馆综合信息服务模式的实施方法,从而有效地支持用户自助检索、处理、利用信息来解决现实问题的全过程,最终达到用户满意,从而增进用户利益超越用户期望。

On the basis of the user-oriented digital library information services,the thesis gives four service modes.These modes are mixed distributive hierarchical service mode,integrated information service mode, individual information service mode and digital library information service mode.Moreover,the thesis also proposes a way to construct a user-oriented digital library comprehensive information service mode.This mode can effectively support the self-help retrieval,disposal,utilization of the information to resolve practical problems.All these modes give satisfaction to users and increase their benefits beyond their expectation.
