This paper introduces in detail process and content of property investigation and cadastral surveying and mapping and key points,difficulties and comments during the implementation,based on the study of cadastral investigation and the practice,closely around the two parts of cadastral investigation：property investigation and cadastral surveying and mapping,which will give people some help in cadastral surveying and mapping.
