摘要
热带假丝酵母(Candidatropicalis)突变株SD1,GU11,LD12,YUm和HYUm 分别被用来发酵不同链长的烷烃生产二羧酸。在 6.6L Bioflo-Ⅱ发酵罐上对它们的产酸 条件进行了试验。采用流加烷烃等方法使产酸量大大提高。1,12—十二碳二羧酸的产量 最高,质量浓度达 147g/L。混合二羧酸也达到 140 g/L。耐高温菌株 HYUm在 36℃下 生产1,13—十三碳二羧酸,达88.9g/L。实验成功地获得了从癸二酸到1,17—十七碳 二羧酸及混合二羧酸共9种二羧酸并研究了它们生产方法。
Candida tropicalis mutant SD1, GU11, LD12,YUm and HYUm were used to ferment alkanes of different chain length to produce dicarboxylic acids. The DC producing conditions were tested in a 6.6 L Bioflo- Ⅱ bioreactor. The DC yield was enhanced by method of alkane supplementation. The highest DC yield was that of dodecandioc acid, which run as high as 147 g/L.The yield of mixed dicarboxylic acids was 140 g/L. The thermo tolerant mutant HYUm produced tridecandioic acid at 36℃, its yield reached 88.9 g/L.Nine kinds of dicarboxylic acids from DC10 through DC17 and DCm were successfully produced.
