摘要
由两根平行放置的皮托管作为测压探针,硅压阻传感器作为压力敏感元件组合成的流速探头,尺寸小,动态频响良好(士1dB频带宽为1200Hz),适用于一维的动态流速测量。配套用的放大器设有温度和频率补偿及线性化电路,可得到线性的输出信号。在国管和明槽内进行的断面流速分布量测结果与理论计算值以及其它仪器的实测资料能较好地符合。在雷诺数不大的情况下可以测出边界底层内的紊动强度分布。
The velocity probe is specially designed and made by taking two parallel: placed hypodermic needles as its total and static pressure tubes and two silicone piezoresistant transducers as its pressure sensors. There are the temperature compensation, frequency compensation circuits and the linearizer in the amplifier. So it gives linear voltage output. The instrument was used to measure distributions of velocity and turbulence intensity on sections both in pipe line and open channel. The small size of the probe makes it possible to measure the turbulence intensity in the turbulent bounderay layer which Re is not high. It is suitable for dynamic velocity measurements in one dimension flow.
