摘要
通过讨论汽车离合器膜片弹簧的工作情况,建立了多目标优化模型。设计变量包括尺寸参数和工作参数,约束条件中考虑了目前的设计实际和制造因素。最后给出的几个设计实例表明,优化设计方法对实际设计很有帮助。
This paper presents a multi-objective model for optimal design of diaphragm springs for automotive clutches. The design variables consist of size and working parameters, the constraints cover factors related to current design and manufacture practice. Several design examples are given to show that the proposed optimal design method is offective and useful
