摘要
结晶器液压振动在板坯连铸生产中具有重要的作用。传统检测装置在线检测振动参数难度比较大。本文通过示波器检测,计算结晶器液压振动装置的位移、振幅、相位差等参数,对振动系统的振动状态进行研究,并与专业检测机构的检测结果进行了对比。结果表明,可利用示波器对结晶器液压振动进行分析,为双缸式结晶器液压振动状态的检测与评价找到了一种简单而快捷的方法。
Mould hydraulic oscillation plays an important role in slab continuous casting. It is difficult for the traditional equipments to measure the oscillation parameters on-line. This paper calculated such parameters of the mould hydraulic oscillating device such as displacement, amplitude and phase difference with oscillograph, studied the oscillation state of the system, and compared its measurement result to that of the professional equipment. It is indicated that oscillograph can be used for the analysis of mould hydraulic oscillation, and provides a simple and quick method for measurement and evaluation of the hydraulic oscillation state of doable-cylinder moulds.
