摘要
将专家控制器应用于精校机的液压伺服系统上,通过simulink仿真总结出专家控制器所需要整定规则,设计出专家整定PID控制器,并与应用该液压伺服系统上的传统PID控制器和常规模糊智能控制器进行比较。对仿真的结果进行分析后,得出专家整定PID控制要优于传统PID控制和常规模糊智能控制的结论。
This paper applied the expert controller in the hydraulic press servo system of the precise straightening machine, summarized the tuning rule required by the expert controller through Simulink simulation, and designed the expert tuning PID controller, which was compared with the traditional PID controller and the conventional fuzzy intelligence controller. Analysis of the simulation result showed that the expert tuning PID control was superior to the traditional PID control and the conventional fuzzy intelligence control.
