煤槽侧壁支撑桁架结构优化设计

摘要 采用结构拓扑优化方法,利用有限元软件ANSYS的拓扑优化模块对捣固装煤车的煤槽壁支撑桁架结构进行了优化设计。优化后的煤槽壁支撑桁架结构比以前刚度性能提高,重量减少了18.3%,应力分布不仅更为均匀而且应力水平也有所降低,很好的实现了"重量轻、性能好"的设计目标,为复杂零部件的设计提供了新的方法和思路。 Structural topological optimization method and topological optimization module of the finite-element software ANSYS have been used for the optimum design of the supporting truss structure of stamping box sidewall of the tamping coal charging car. The stiffness performance of the supporting truss structure after optimization is improved, the weight is reduced by 18.3% , and the stress distribution is more uniform and the stress level is reduced as well. This optimization well realizes the design goal of" LIGHT WEIGHT, GOOD PERFORMANCE", and provides a new method and idea for the design of complicated components.
