摘要
针对转炉托圈体积大、重量达168 t、加工制造与运输困难的问题,采用托圈分四瓣分别加工进而组装焊接的新制造工艺。对加工后转炉托圈进行检测,耳轴的同轴度与直径偏差符合工艺要求,超声波探伤结果表明焊缝质量符合国家标准。
For the deficiencies of the 150t converter trunnion ring being bulky, heavy (reaching 168t), and difficult to fabricate and transport, the new fabrication technology that divided the trunnion ring into four parts and then assembled them by soldering after processing has been adopted. Examination of the fabricated converter trunnion ring showed that the coaxiality and diameter deviation of the trunnion met the technological requirements, and ultrasonic inspection indicated that the welding quality complied with national standards.
