Electrochemical performance of LaMg_(11)Zr+200%Ni+x%Zr alloys

摘要 以La Mg11Zr为母体合金,采用机械合金化法制备了La Mg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Zr(x=0、5或10)系列合金。用XRD分析了Zr添加量(x)对非晶相形成的影响,并对电化学性能进行了测试。球磨20 h的合金都呈非晶态,Zr可促进非晶组织的形成。当x从0增加到10时,合金电极的最大放电比容量由576.2 mAh/g降低到399.7 mAh/g;但循环性能增强,第30次循环的容量保持率由53.02%增加88.92%;合金的动力学性能有所改善。 The LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Zr(x=0,5 and 10)alloys were prepared by means of mechanical alloying(MA)and LaMg11Zr as the master alloy.The effects of Zr addition(x) on the formation of amorphous phase were analyzed by XRD,the electrochemical performance was tested.The alloys were amorphous after 20 h ball-milling,Zr could promote the formation of amorphous phase.The maximum specific discharge capacity decreased from 576.2 mAh/g to 399.7 mAh/g when x increased from 0 to 10,but the cycle performance was improved,the capacity retention rate at the 30th cycle increased from 53.02% to 88.92%.The dynamic performance of the alloy was improved.
