Evaluation on Fatigue Crack Growth Performance of Single-welded Joint of SA387GR.11CL.12 Steel

就ASME锅炉压力容器规范的SA387GR.11CL.12钢的单面焊对接接头进行了疲劳裂纹扩展试验,得到在用含缺陷压力容器的安全评定用的da/dN与ΔK的关系式为:da/dN=15.0×10^(-9)ΔK^(3.34),它与GB/T 19624-2004推荐的公式相比,在相同的ΔK下,扩展速率要比推荐值大。因此对其进行安全评定时不建议采用GB 19624-2004推荐的公式。

Based on the experimental study on fatigue crack growth of single-welded joint of SA387GR. 11CL.12 steel,the curve of the relations between da/dN andΔK was obtained,which could be used for the safety assessment methods for the pressure vessel with defects.The formula of the curve is da/dN=15.0×10^（-9）ΔK^（3.34）, whose growth rate is larger than that of the recommended formula from GB/T 19624-2004 as for the sameΔK. Thus the recommended formula from GB/T 19624- 2004 was not fit for the safety assessment of the welded structure.
