摘要
扬州大学作为成功进行合并办学的典型之一,其校园文化经历了从趋同整合到交融提升的实践探索过程,取得了一定的经验。对扬州大学多校区校园文化建设的历程、经验进行梳理和总结,有助于对合并类大学如何按照科学发展观要求深化以大学精神为核心的校园文化建设作进一步思考,即要以社会主义核心价值体系主导校园文化建设,以民主平等的先进理念培育优良的校风和学风,以人文关怀为着眼点凝练大学的校园精神,以科学发展观为指导提升校园文化在高水平大学建设中的作用。
Yangzhou University is one of the successfully merged universities.Its campus culture develops from integration to promotion.The combing and reflection on the experience achieved may supply some beneficial suggestions to other merged universities in constructing campus culture under the guide of scientific development concept： directing campus culture with socialist core value system;cultivating school spirit and style of study with democracy and equality;focusing on the endocentric power of humanistic care;taking further advantage of campus culture in advancing the school construction.
