Merged universities derive from blending independent colleges,which have their respective campus cultures.The unity of merged universities presupposes the blending of the different campus cultures.From the perspective of Complicated Science,the merged campus culture features nonlinearity,uncertainty,self-organization,openness and so on.Only with this awareness,can we take scientific procedures to construct a harmonious campus culture in merged universities.
