高校博士学位教师工作满意度量表编制探析

Construction of Job Satisfaction Scale Used on College Teachers with Doctor's Degree

建构适用于高校博士学位教师工作满意度的量表,参考国内外相关文献,主要关注工作本身、工作回报、工作关系、工作环境、工作条件等5个维度。已有量表的相关题项应做变动,如:预测量表有21个项目,项目分析表明所有题项均可保留;根据探索性因子分析及因子提取结果,部分题项则应删除。通过计算Cronbach'sα发现5个维度的内部一致性系数基本大于或略等于0.700,量表的总体一致性系数为0.883,说明测量项内部一致性程度基本符合标准。

Based on literature review on domestic and foreign documents,five dimensions are involved in constructing a job satisfaction scale used on college teachers with doctor＇s degree： the job proper,returns of the job,working relationships,working environment,and working conditions.The predictive scale consists of 21 items,the analysis of which indicates that all the questions can be retained.According to the analysis of the exploratory factor,KMO equals 0.826,and the significance level indicates in Bartlett＇s Test is 0.000.The five common factors altogether account for 64.69% of the variation,and part of the questions are dropped according to the result of the extraction of the factors.The calculation of Cronbach＇s α reveals that the internal consistency coefficient is basically greater or approximates 0.700,and the general consistency coefficient of the scale is 0.883,indicating that the internal consistency of the items measured basically meets the standard.
