生态位理论视域下的大学生思想政治教育创新

Innovation of College Ideological and Political Education From the Perspective of Niche Theory

借用生态学中的生态位理论,提出大学生思想政治教育生态系统概念,认识到其具有层次性和开放性。基于生态位理论的大学生思想政治教育创新策略有:明确大学生思想政治教育工作者的生态位和大学生的生态位;明确大学生思想政治教育环境、教育目的与教育内容各个生态位之间的关系;明确大学生思想政治教育主体生态位与大学生思想政治教育环境、目的与内容的关系。

Ecological niche theory is introduced into college ideological and political education to clarify its strata and openness.Following the principles of niche theory,college ideological and political education can be innovated by defining the niche of the educator and educatee and making clear the relationship between the educational environment,educational goals and educational content,and also the relationship between their interactional whole and the educational subjects.
