党的十七大强调,党的作风建设要以保持党同人民群众的血肉联系为重点。群众路线是我党的基本路线,大学生党员的群众工作能力必将对我党未来的执政能力产生深远影响。但目前大学生党员群众工作实践中仍存在大学生党员自身的群众意识缺失、群众工作方法欠缺、群众工作力度不够等问题。提升大学生党员群众工作能力可采取健全大学生党员群众工作机制、创新大学生党员群众工作的途径和载体、建立学生党员担任学生干部制度等措施。

The 17th CPC National Congress emphasizes that the improvement of the Party＇s work style must focus on maintaining the close ties between the Party and people.Mass line is the Party＇s basic working principle.The mass work capacity of college student Party members will inevitably have a profound effect on the future governing capacity of the Party.However,their performance shows that much room is still left for improvement such as their inadequate awareness of mass influence,inappropriate working styles and insufficient working dynamics.Several strategies are put forward to enhance college student Party members＇ mass work ability.
