摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)、苯乙烯(ST)为原料,在反应温度是55℃、单体总质量分数是50%、m(AM):m(DADMAC):m(ST)=5:4:1下,采用无皂乳液聚合技术合成了AM-DADMAC-ST三元共聚物(简称PAMDAST-541),并探讨了该聚合物在再生瓦楞纸浆中应用结果。研究结果表明,PAMDAST-541的添加量为0.3%时,纸张的抗张指数从20.56 Nm·g^(-1)增至26.72Nm·g^(-1);环压指数从5.08 Nm·g^(-1)增至7.22Nm·g^(-1);打浆度从45.5°SR降至39°SR;白水浊度从45NTU降至31.1NTU。
AM-DA-ST copolymers(referred to as PAMDAST-541) was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization with acrylamide(AM),dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DADMAC),and styrene(ST) under the conditions of m(AM):m(DADMAC):m(ST)=5:4:1,55℃,and w(monomers)=50%.The application of the copolymer on recycled corrugated pulp was investigated.The results showed that the tensile index of paper was increased from 20.56 Nm·g(-1) to 26.72Nm·g(-1);the ring pressure index from 5.08 Nm·g(-1) to 7.22 Nm·g(-1) at the PAMDAST-541 dosage of 0.3%.The beating degree was decreased from 45.5°SR to 39°SR, and the turbidity of white water from 45NTU to 31.1NTU at the same dosage.
