内源性一氧化碳在生殖系统中作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 内源性一氧化碳(endogenous CO)主要由血红素加氧酶(hemeoxygenase,HO)催化分解血红素而产生,是继一氧化氮之后发现的另一种具有重要生物学效应的气体分子,广泛参与体内的各种生理和病理过程,在心血管系统、神经系统、消化系统中起非常重要的作用。近年来,其在生殖系统的研究也日益受到重视。在女性生殖系统,HO/CO不仅会影响动情周期、分娩和哺乳行为,而且会抑制受孕子宫肌层的收缩,参与保护作用。而在男性生殖系统,HO/CO能够通过抗炎、抗氧化以及抗凋亡机制保护睾丸免受应激的损伤。这种可诱导的保护性作用将成为研究的新热点。 Endogenous CO is mainly produced by enzymatic heme metabolism.This metabolism is catalyzed by heme oxygenase.It is an important gas-molecule in the body as well as NO.Endogenous carbon monoxide exerts its biological effects in many systems.Such as cardiovascular system,nervous system and digestive system.It also plays an important role in reproductive system.In female reproductive system,HO/CO can not only affect normal course of the estrous cycle,parturition and lactation,but also contribute to ueterine quiescence during pregnancy.In male reproductive system,HO/CO can protect the testicular tissue via its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic effects.In addition,these protective effects will become the new and hot spot in reproductive system research.
