葎草通淋煎治疗泌尿系感染的疗效观察

Clinical research of using kanamugura stranguria relieving decoctum in treatment of urinary tract infection

目的：观察葎草通淋煎剂治疗泌尿系感染下焦湿热型淋证的疗效。方法：将门诊病人分为治疗组66例，给予葎草通淋煎口服；对照组58例，给予三金片口服，均观察治疗前后中医湿热症状，检查尿白细胞，2周为一疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率92．4％，未见明显不良反应；对照组总有效率79．3％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：疗效确切，无毒副作用，对泌尿系感染具有良好的治疗作用。

To investigate and study the clinical effect of using kanamugura stranguria relieving decoctum treating urinary tract infection. The outpatients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group of 66 patients and control group of 58 patients, the observation period was two weeks. Resuits：The total validity of the treatment group are 92.4%, there was not the obvious untoward effect; The total validity of the control group are 79.3%. There was significant difference in two groups （P〈0.05）.
