试析农村基础教育的均衡发展之路

党的十七大指出：要坚持科学发展观为指导，就必须坚持以人为本，实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益。教育特别是农村基础教育是阻滞当前农村乃至全社会和谐发展发展的一个瓶颈，必须引起高度重视。本文分析了当前农村基础教育由于经济、文化和制度安排下引起了教育公平失衡，据此要加大对农村基础教育的公共财政投入，加强师资队伍建设。

the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China indicates： insist on the guidance of scientific development concept, it must adhere to the people-oriented, realizes, maintains, develops people＇s fundamental interests. Education ,especially the rural basic education, is a bottleneck that hinders the harmonious development of society development. Because the economic, cultural, and institutional arrangement is unfair that lead to unbalanced education, government ought to increase public financial devotion of basic education in rural, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
