Focus on technical operation time nursing aseptic Analysis and Countermeasures

目的:了解我院200名护士在重点时段无菌技术操作现状。方法:护理部与院感科配合在节假日、早晨、夜间不定期明查暗访。结果:低年资护士无菌观念差,对一治疗室和治疗车管理不到位;高年资护士慎独精神差,懒惰,未指导低年资护士,形成操作考试与临床实际工作脱节现象。结论:必须加强重点时段查房、监督管理,加强低年资护士无菌技术操作培训,强化无菌观念。

Objective：To understand the nurses in our hospital 200 times in key operational ;tatus of aseptic technique.Methods：Division Nursing Department and the hospital with a sense of the holidays,morning,night,from time to time conducted a thorough investigation.Results：of Junior nurses sterile bad idea,for a treatment room and treatment cart management is not in place;longevity spirit of nurses Shendu poor,lazy,does not guide low-seniority nurses,the formation of the clinical examination and practical operation of disconnect.Conclusions ： need to strengthen the focus on time rounds,supervision and management,strengthening the low years of hands-on training nurses in aseptic technique,and strengthen the concept of sterility.
