摘要
1例33岁女性,智齿拔出后第2天,拔牙处肿痛,口服替硝唑片2片约15分钟后,全身出汗,心慌、气短、头晕、恶心,静坐10分钟后,症状无缓解,站起时突然晕倒,牙关紧闭、四肢抽搐,口唇紫绀、面色苍白,立即送往急诊抢救,给予吸氧,异丙嗪、苯海拉明、葡萄糖酸钙等药物治疗,30分钟后,症状缓解,1.5小时后明显好转,生命体征平稳。
