高血压病社区防治工作

高血压是一种古老的疾病,随着社会文明的进步和医学的进步高血压问题不但没有减少反而变得越来越严重。国内外大量流行病学研究证实,高血压是冠心病和脑卒中最为重要的致病因素。在我国有报道称,高血压患病率呈持续增长趋势,仅2002年全国18岁及以上成人的高血压患病率已达18.8%;高血压患者约1.6亿,其中18～59岁的劳动人口有1.1亿人患此病。而据2003年统计,我国高血压直接医疗费为300亿元人民币。高血压患者大都生活在社区中,社区干预将对提高高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率,减少高血压的重要并发症一脑卒中、心脏病和肾脏病,具有重要的社会意义。
